Stepping Stones Outreach Ministries is a college-business initiative that provides consistent mentoiring, training, support and guidance to students and young adults from low-income families in New Ellenton, South Carolina and surrounding communities to encourage them to continue their education, secure a fulltime job, or gain admission to college.
